The maintenance is actually depend on the maintenance package you are choosing. We have monthly maintenance that is we will charge fix amount monthly for maintenance service. We also have per service maintenance, with this, we only charge the customer when they want maintenance on the system and the payment will be according to how big is the maintenance.

It depends on how much module needed, how much function needed, and how complicated is the function. Our team will give out Gannt Chart for the development of the system to our customer once the project is agreed.
In our company, we will have testing phase. Where we will need out system tester and also one of worker from out customer to test the system. If there is any bugs, we will fix it. this phase will take time of one week. When that is done, the system is released to the customer with a free maintenance for one month.
